Connect your Instagram account
In this step you go to Meta's own login screen. You can log in with your Facebook or Instagram account. To log in with Instagram, open the account selector on the login screen and choose "Add another account". Then select the Instagram account to connect and grant permission.
Before you start:
- Your Instagram account must be professional (business or creator).
- On Instagram, "Allow access to messages" must be on (Settings > Messages and story replies > Message controls > Connected tools). If it is off, the bot cannot send messages. If you log in with Instagram, this option is asked during login; turn it on.
- You do not give us your password. Login happens on Meta's own page.
- Requested permissions: Instagram account information, managing messages, managing comments. No ad account is requested.
- Your connection details are stored encrypted on our server.
- You can remove the connection from the panel at any time and have your data deleted. You can also revoke access on the Meta side in the connected apps section of your Instagram or Facebook settings.
